About PostNL

PostNL is a worldwide operating logistic company and marketleader in the Netherlands. Therefore we use this trusted partner for shipping of your order.

Ordering process

For your convenience, you don't have to create an account and password in our webshop. This also assures your privacy is respected to a maximum.

The format of Japanese postal address entry in our webshop has been adjusted to PostNL requirements. Since PostNL cannot handle Japanese characters, please fill in with alphabetical characters.

Via your e-mail address you will receive updates on your order status from Oranda Originals (but also from PostNL). After receipt of your payment you will receive an e-mail containing the details of your order. In the unlikely event of not receiving this confirmation within a day, please provide us with your order number via info@oranda-originals.com. Your order number is found in the PayPal e-mail you received after payment.

Shipping process

We start packing your order as soon as possible. In case some ordered items are not in store, we start collecting them the same day. Collection should take a maximum of five working days.

An invoice will be included in your package. After dispatch from our store you receive an e-mail confirming package transfer to PostNL shipping service.

You will then receive an e-mail from PostNL with a Track & Trace code. This code enables you to track the status of your package via the PostNL website, in your own language. Expected duration for PostNL delivery to your house is two weeks.

Cost of shipping

The total net weight of products is shown in the shopping cart. This allows you to purchase additional products within specified weight categories at no extra charge.

Weight categories are as follows:
0 - 1,5 kg               € 25,-
1.5 kg - 4,0 kg       € 40,-
4,0 kg and above  € 60,-

Shipping cost will be added in your shopping cart. Shipping cost includes Track and Trace service plus insurance of your package up to 500 euro.

Note: Import duties & VAT must be paid for by you at the time of delivery. 
For Japan: Under the agreed EU-Japan Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA) customs handling is simplified and duties are diminishing.
