Validity 

These terms of service govern the sale and supply of goods by Oranda Originals webshop to you. The Oranda Originals webshop may amend these terms from time to time. You will be notified of any amendments by a notice on the Oranda Originals webshop site.
 

Our contract with you

As soon as the Oranda Originals webshop has sent you an e-mail confirming receipt and acceptance of your order a contract exists between the Oranda Originals webshop and you. The Oranda Originals webshop reserves the right to place restrictions on the volume of any goods ordered.
 

Pricing

Prices of the goods are specified on the Oranda Originals webshop's site and are subject to change without notice. Customers outside the EU have to pay VAT and custom duties according to the regulations applicable in their country. There shall be an additional charge for delivery by PostNL, the amount of which shall vary according to the total weight of the purchase, as specified in the webshop cart screen. A flat standard rate is charged for PayPal payment service.
 

Delivery of goods 

The Oranda Originals webshop shall send the goods ordered to the delivery address, which you supply. Delivery times quoted on the Oranda Originals webshop site are estimates based on availability, normal processing and delivery time. Your credit card will be debited by PayPal payment service after finalising your order. Title to the goods will pass to you on payment in full. Risk will pass to you on delivery. Refer to section Shipping for more details.
 

Return policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with any or all of the goods received, you can return any of them for a refund, providing each is returned to Oranda Originals webshop postal address within 10 days from the day after you receive the goods. Oranda Originals webshop shall use reasonable efforts to replace damaged goods or will credit the amount you paid for the items concerned. Refer to section Returns for more details.
 

Privacy

The Oranda Originals webshop limits processing of personal data to an absolute minimum. Purchases via the Oranda Originals webshop are made without creating an account. Besides your e-mail address and telephone number we only require your postal address. We do our utmost to ensure that this data is secured to the best of our ability. Our website uses a secure SSL Certificate, to ensure that your personal data does not fall into the wrong hands. In principle, this data will not be supplied to third parties, unless this is necessary for the service in question (shipping via PostNL, verification by customs), or if we are legally obliged to do so. Your credit card data will not be transferred to the Oranda Originals webshop and is exclusively stored and protected within the PayPal security environment.
Whoever supplies his or her data to us is the owner of this data. This means that the owner has given permission for the personal data to be processed. It also means that the owner can request that his or her data is deleted by writing to info@oranda-originals.com with subject “request for deletion of personal data”.
The Oranda Originals webshop uses functional cookies and analytical cookies. Functional cookies are required to ensure that the website works properly, and are therefore always placed. We use analytical cookies to help improve the website. These data cannot be traced back to individual visitors.
 

Copyright

Unauthorised use of the name of Oranda Originals webshop, and of all images, or the unauthorised copying of the content of this webshop without the permission of Oranda Originals webshop shall be in violation of Dutch and international copyright laws.
The customer and (other) users of the webshop acknowledge these rights and guarantee that they shall refrain from any breach thereof, which includes making copies of the webshop other than technical copies required for using the webshop (loading and displaying).
 

Governing law

Contracts between you and the Oranda Originals webshop are governed by Dutch law. All disputes arising out of or in connection with contracts between you and Oranda Originals webshop shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
 

Invalidity of terms

If for any reason part of these terms of service is unenforceable, the validity of the remaining terms shall not be affected.
